To ensure your preferred dates and times are available we do encourage all our guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can be kept up to date of any last minute spa treatment availability by signing up for our Wildmoor Spa e-news.
Spa Days: A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for all non-member treatments and / or spa days not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment / spa day.
Spa Day group bookings of 6 or more persons will be required to give 7 days notification of cancellation or amends without incurring a financial penalty.
Treatments shown within any of our programmes are subject to change without prior notice. If we need to amend any aspect of your spa experience an alternative experience to the same or greater value will be substituted.
All treatment times shown include time to prepare for and relax from your individual treatment experience.
Spa Days are non-transferable.
All prices shown are inclusive of 17.5% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required at time of booking to secure any of our Spa Day Programmes.
A credit or debit card will be required for registration on arrival to the spa.
Wildmoor Spa is open to individuals over the age of
18 years only.
All Wildmoor spa days and treatments are suitable for both male and female guests
Please advise us at time of booking, of any medical conditions or health concerns you may have or if you are under your GP’s guidance. This enables us to schedule the most appropriate treatment for you as some treatments maybe unsuitable or require adaptation.
Spa Day arrivals are automatically scheduled between 8.30am and 9am. If later arrival is required please check availability on booking. Arrival times will be shown within your confirmation correspondence.
For your comfort we suggest you arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your pre-scheduled arrival. Regretfully, late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time or the inability to participate in some aspects of your experience.
On arrival you will be presented with your personal treatment itinerary, showing the times your treatments have been scheduled for you throughout the day.
