We provide a comprehensive range of classes suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a hesitant first timer or a seasoned class goer. Choose from early morning ‘wake-up’ workouts through to energy boosting afternoon and evening ones, classes that suit all lifestyles.
With three studios and a 20m Swimming Pool, our extensive class timetable combining over 80 classes per week.
Our diverse timetable includes cardiovascular and body conditioning classes to Yoga and Pilates. Its simple to book via reception or on the internet, reserve a space on one of our enjoyable and highly motivational classes up to six days in advance.
