Liz Stuart
Liz specialises in sports injuries and rehabilitation, preventative massage, mobility massage for the elderly and baby massage.
She has been practicing for over a decade, working first as part of a team of a local private physiotherapy practice in Studley. She has also built up her own mobile clinic aimed at the elderly, and a static clinic concentrating on all aspects of sports therapy, rehabilitation, prevention and massage.
Her qualifications include Advanced Sports Therapy Diploma VTCT, IIST, MICHT; Seated Accupressure Massage Diploma, Baby Massage Teachers Certificate, Thermo Auricular Diploma (Hopi Ear candling)

Ben Spiers
Ben qualified as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer 7 years ago with Premier Training. This led him on to do a 2 year diploma with the Football Association in the treatment and management of injuries.
He works using soft tissue and muscle energy techniques. His approach is to look at the body as complete unit and to identify areas of dysfunction , this along with stretching and postural advice has remarkable results.
