Life coaching is designed to take a gentle approach towards positive change, where the most important person is you. Coaching sessions are tailored to individual need, ideally initially on a weekly basis but are flexible according to your specific requirements.
This one day workshop is about learning why you think what you do about yourself, discovering what maybe holding you back and giving you the tools and techniques to move your life forward and live the life of your dreams.
Do you sometimes wish you knew exactly where you were going either in your business or your personal life? Workshop runs from 9am – 5.30pm and includes 2 Course Hot Lunch & Refreshments, Workbook and 8 ½ hours with a Specialist Confidence Coach Practitioner.
Shirley is training to offer EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and will be trained to MET Practitioner level by April 2008. This ground breaking technique is a quick and effective method open to everyone for the relief of phobias, traumatic memories, guilt, grief and physical ailments.
Shirley is also training to become an NLP Practitioner this year under the personal tuition of Sir Richard Bandler (Founder of NLP) and Paul McKenna and hopes to complete her training towards the end of April 2008.
