Sue’s varied career; predominantly in marketing within publishing and as an air stewardess, she qualified in the health and fitness industry as a mature student. She utilises the latest functional training techniques combined with tried and tested methods ensuring challenging and varied sessions, while assisting to reach your goals. With her holistic influence Sue will focus on your specific needs enabling you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. She is passionate and enthusiastic in touching people’s lives in a positive way.

I hadn’t done any running. I always found it too difficult, but on Sunday 4 July I ran a 5km race in 29 minutes my first race at age 52, and that is due to her help. I can highly recommend her’.
