£140 per person for 6hr sessions & initial consultation
It can’t be denied that one 2 one training with a Personal Trainer is the best method of reaching you health and fitness goals in the shortest amount of time. However ‘Group Coaching’ is a concept the delivers many benefits to you that training on your own can sometimes miss. Motivation from other members of the group, fun interaction and team spirit, effective team moral, working with people that understand and experience the same challenges to reach their similar goals, and anther plus, it is also cost effective to train in a small group.
If you are on your own we can accommodate this and/or find you other people to make a group of people with similar goals to you.
