Boot Camp is a challenging, disciplined, military style circuit. If you enjoy circuit training and working as a group then Wildmoor’s Boot Camp is for you.
The class is a whole body, strength endurance workout with a military twist using military props and instructed by ex forces personnel. The class is highly motivational, has lots of exercise variety using bodyweight and fitness equipment.
You will come away with a real sense of achievement every time. All fitness levels welcome as the class really concentrates on exercise technique and is progressed weekly as the class confidence grows.

We all wear coloured bibs which is great as we all look the same and train the same just like you would in the military.
