Senior Fitness Instructor

What you will do:

• Supervise a team of fitness instructors and ensure all targets are hit
• Assist in the day to day running of the department and uphold all standards of the fitness department
• Conduct new member’s inductions
• Deliver personal fitness programs & fitness reviews
• Support members achieving their personal goals
• Create a friendly & welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Manage and positively impact on a group of members through Technogym’s Contact Manager
• Ensure that individual and team targets are met on a weekly/monthly basis
• Take exercise classes/small group sessions on a weekly/monthly basis

What we are looking for:

• Senior fitness instructor or management experience and fitness experience desired
• REPS level 3 Qualified
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Advanced Fitness Instructor
• Up to date knowledge of the latest trends in the fitness industry
• Knowledge of TGS System ideally
• Pro-activity and a great team player
• A firm understanding of excellence in customer service at the highest level
• Work well under pressure
• Above all an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Computer competency

Membership Sales Person

The OTE of £22k is uncapped and over achievement is well rewarded. The position is shift based, including weekends.
